I'm pretty sure BO doesn't have bots for multiplayer, but I know for sure BO2 does have bots for multiplayer for most game modes (eg not sticks and stones). But I remmeber playing around with Bots while playing Black Ops 1 on the Xbox 360. It does have bots, but its under combat training, and its only for FFA, TDM, and their Hardcore variants.
