Syncs directly and automatically with my phone, so no more fiddling with the USB cable. Always nervous getting refurb'd products, but so far I've had 0 problems with it. (~2 months).

Replacing the HRM-Run Battery. Use a small Phillips screwdriver to remove the four screws on the back of the module. Remove the cover and battery. Wait 30 seconds. Insert the new battery with the positive side facing up. NOTE: Do not damage or lose the O-ring gasket. Replace the back cover and the four screws.
